Check that your settings accept cookies:

If you are using Internet Explorer, click on Tools > Internet Options > Safety. Choose a Medium to High or Medium level of safety. Then, click on Confidentiality and choose Medium or Low.

If you are using Firefox, click on Tools > Options > Privacy and check that the options "Accept Cookies" and "Accept Cookies From Third Parties (until they expire)" are selected.

If you are using a firewall or an antivirus, try temporarily de-activating it.

I no longer receive invitations to sales:

If you have unsubscribed from our mailing list, you can re-register by going to My Account > Manage my subscriptions and selecting 'I would like to receive daily email invitations to your exclusives sales'.
Finally, save your changes.

If you have selected 'I would like to receive daily email invitations to your exclusive sales' and are still not receiving invitations to sales, check that they have not been treated as spam or unwanted mail by your anti spam software or your Internet service provider.

If this is the case, they would be stored under 'unwanted mail'.

To ensure that you receive our emails correctly, we suggest you add showroom@news.showroomprive.co.uk to your address book.

I am experiencing difficulties accessing our sales.
