Placing an order

What is the order delivery process?

- Delivery methods:

We only offer one delivery option for items purchased on our website; all orders are handled by Yodel. Each parcel has a unique number. Once your parcel has left our warehouse, you can view your order tracking number in the My Orders section of our website. You can then track your order on www.myyodel.co.uk by entering your order number. To ensure that parcels are delivered safely and our customers are satisfied, you will be asked to sign for your parcel as proof of receipt.

- Delivery zones:

Showroomprive.co.uk delivers to the following countries and destinations:
     - Great Britain
     - Northern Ireland
     - Republic of Ireland

Unfortunately at this time we cannot deliver to The Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, British Forces Post Offices (BFPO) or Gibraltar. Please be aware that we also cannot deliver to the following postcodes: KW15-17 / ZE1-99 / HS9-99 / PA41-49 / PA60 / PA61-75, 77, 78 / PA76 / PH41(2), 42, 43, 44 / PH19-26, 30-41 / HS1-8 / IV41-51, 55, 56 / KA27, 28 / IV40 / IV54.

- Delivery problems:

If your parcel is delivered whilst you are out the courier will attempt to leave your parcel with a neighbour or leave a notice of attempted delivery (calling card). From that point on, you will have up to five (5) working days to arrange a new delivery date. A second and a third attempt of delivery can be made if necessary. It is also possible to collect the package from the courier’s nearest depot within 5 days of the final delivery notice being left. Yodel’s depots are open Monday to Friday from 8am to 6pm.
If the parcel is damaged (evidence it was opened and/or evidence of wear and tear), you will have to refuse to accept the damaged parcel.

- Delivery dates:

All delivery dates are confirmed before purchase and are clearly shown on each product description. You can therefore check when your order is likely to be dispatched from our warehouse before you confirm your order.

If your order seems to be taking longer than normal to arrive please do not worry. We are committed to offering the lowest possible prices to our members. In order to do so we work by reserving stock before each sale starts, we only confirm our order once the sale is finished. We aim to ensure that our customers receive their products as quickly as possible. By organising it this way we are able to offer you the best prices possible

- Delivery Costs:

Delivery costs are specific to each destination. They are fixed and do not vary unless your parcel exceeds a certain weight. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday (excluding bank and public holidays). Delivery costs will be displayed on the summary page of your order, before payment is requested.
