1/ Private sale invitation
Several days before a private sale is scheduled to start, a newsletter will
be sent to you by email inviting you to the sale. You will be able to view an exclusive trailer
previewing the brand and the types of products in the sale. The email will also
provide information about when the sale starts and ends.
2/ On the day of the sale
Our sales operate on a first come first served basis and each sale has limited stock,
therefore we recommend that you sign into www.showroomprive.co.uk as soon as a sale
starts in order to get the best offers and avoid disappointment! We update the stock
levels of each product in real time on our website, so you have to be quick to bag
our must have items!
3/ Your order
Shop the sale by adding all the items you like to your basket. Items will remain
in your basket for a maximum of 20 minutes before they are automatically cancelled.
Once you are happy with your selection, you can proceed to payment. Payment
can be made by credit or debit card. It is also possible to use a Paypal account.

4/ Preparing your order

5/ Delivery of your order

If you are not satisfied with your purchases, you have fourteen (14) days after the
delivery of your parcel to inform us that you wish to return you order. Our main
