How do I place an order?

Private sales on Showroomprive.co.uk comprise 4 key stages. These stages are clearly indicated throughout the order process.

1/ The Basket

During a sale, you can select as many items as you wish. After selecting the size and quantity that you would like, you can add the items to your basket with one click. You can then view and change this selection at any time. You can edit the quantity of items or even cancel some items in your basket. If you wish to confirm your order, click on 'Proceed to checkout', or you can continue your selection by clicking on 'Continue Shopping'. The contents of your basket will be saved for 20 minutes, if the payment process does not take place, once the time is up, the items will immediately be made available again to other customers. If you would like to use one of your vouchers, all you have to do is select the voucher you want to use in the section marked 'Use your vouchers’. This will then deduct the voucher amount from the total cost of your order.

2/ Choosing the delivery address

Once you have decided to place an order, you need to provide your delivery details. If this information has been submitted previously, you can choose your delivery address from your address book.

3/ Payment

A summary of the previous stages will be shown, i.e. the description of the items you have ordered, your delivery address and the delivery costs. Double check to make sure that they are correct. Select the payment method you would like to use: credit card, debit card or Paypal. All information related to your payment card will be requested on a completely secure form. Your purchases are 100% secure and are encrypted through SSL. Once your payment information is provided, our bank, Société Générale, will check the validity of the card number and ensure that it is not blocked. Showroomprive.co.uk does not have access to your bank details and does not store them on its servers. Therefore, this information will be requested from you again whenever you place a new order on our website.You can be worry free, we provide you with two levels of protection against abuse and fraud.

4/ Confirmation

If your payment has been accepted, the ordering process is now complete, and a confirmation message will appear on your screen. A confirmation email summarising your order will also be sent to your email address.
