Our 'Money back guarantee' refunds policy means that you have fourteen (14) days to decide whether you are happy with your purchase or not. If you realise that you have changed your mind, simply return the item(s) to us, in its original condition, within fourteen (14) days for a full refund.
Please return the items in their original packaging to:

Items that we determine to have been used for longer than is considered appropriate (more than a few minutes) will not be refunded.

Please note that for safety and hygiene reasons the following items cannot be returned:
- Underwear or swimwear that has been worn
- Cosmetics that have been opened

Returned items must be adequately protected, be in their original packaging, in perfect condition for resale (not broken, or damaged by the customer) and accompanied by the appropriate accessories, if relevant.

When you return goods, please provide your full name, address and order number. If this information is not included we will not be able to issue a refund.

If the returned goods meet the above requirements, we will provide a full refund to your bank account within thirty (30) days. We will send an email confirming that the refund has been made. Collect or cash delivery will not be accepted.
