Order tracking

Answer:

You can track your order(s) via the My orders section of our website.

Here are the various stages of your order tracking:

In progress: your order has been validated and is now being prepared by our Logistics Team.

Delivered: your parcel has left our warehouse. It is en route to your delivery address via one of our couriers.

Once your order has been dispatched, you can track your parcel through the various stages of the delivery process using the tracking number (supplied by the courier) available in My orders.

Pending: We are awaiting missing items before completing your order.

Cancelled: your order has been cancelled.
